Immune Sequence Workshop
The Immune Sequence Workshop consists of two complementary sessions held on the same day and is designed to be experienced as a complete program.
The Immune Sequence Workshop is open to general students who have experience practising both Headstand (Sirsasana) and Shoulderstand (Sarvangasana).
This workshop pass includes access to both the morning and afternoon sessions. The morning practice is 1.5 hours in duration, followed by a 1-hour afternoon session that builds on and completes the work of the morning.
As each session forms part of a carefully structured sequence, attendance at both sessions on the day of the workshop is required.
