Exploring Inversion for Seniors Workshop
A workshop specifically for students regularly attending our Seniors classes who would like to explore more of what inversions have to offer.
Dannie will introduce a range of inversion preparations, supported inversions and alternatives, building on the basic work introduced in Seniors classes. We'll look at how props can be used to make inversions more accessible and explore different approaches to suit individual bodies and abilities.
There will be plenty of time to practise, ask questions and discover what feels appropriate for you. This workshop is about exploring the possibilities of inversions at your own pace.
