sequence and notes will help students develop emotional stability. The sequence was created by BKS Iyengar and works to balance the intelligence between the head and the heart.

The class will be a Led Practices and is suitable for students who have been attending classes at MYC regularly for a number of years and are familiar with the practice as there will be no instructions given. With a Led Practice, the teacher is practicing and the students are following.
