A 4-part series of Saturday afternoon Yoga Therapy classes with Robyn.
The classes will be held at 3pm - 4.30pm on the following dates:
Saturday 7th October - Feet & Knees.
Saturday 21st October - Hips & Groins.
Saturday 4th November - Lower Back.
Saturday 18th November - Neck & Shoulders.
The classes are suitable for students who have been to classes at the studio and who experience any challenges in the focus areas of the classes.
Space are limited and booking are essential for these classes.
The cost is $120 for the series of 4 classes or $30 for individual classes.
